Hc41 silencing check valve produced and sold by Wo valve (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. refers to the valve that automatically opens and closes the valve disc depending on the flow of the medium itself to prevent the backflow of the medium, also known as check valve, one-way valve, silencing check valve, backflow valve and back pressure valve. The check valve belongs to an automatic valve, which is mainly used to prevent medium backflow, reverse rotation of pump and driving motor, and discharge of container medium. The check valve can also be used on the pipeline to supply the auxiliary system in which the pressure may rise above the system pressure.

Working principle of hc41 silencing check valve:

When the medium flows in the specified direction, the valve disc is opened under the action of medium force; When the medium is countercurrent, due to the self weight of the valve disc and the action of the valve disc by the medium reverse force, the sealing surface of the valve disc and the valve seat is closed, so as to prevent the medium countercurrent.

Hc41 silencing check valve features:

1. The disc of the valve adopts the 'Zi warhead' shape design, and the valve body adopts the waist drum shape design to improve the medium flow direction and reduce the flow resistance coefficient

2. The valve adopts short structure. Although the head loss is slightly larger than the lifting silent check valve, it has small volume, beautiful appearance design and affordable price.

3. Compact structure, non-metallic lubricating sleeve is installed between the guide shaft and the guide frame, and the valve disc can rise and fall flexibly without jamming

4. The framework rubber sealing ring is directly embedded on the valve body, which avoids the direct scouring of the medium on the sealing ring for a long time, and the service life is obviously prolonged, firm and durable

5. The opening and closing stroke of the valve disc is short, which can effectively prevent water hammer

6. It is applicable to all kinds of water supply systems and high-rise buildings. It can be installed at the outlet of the water pump. With slight structural changes, it can be used as a suction bottom valve, but it is not suitable for the sewage pipe network
